the location was superb, plus the breakfast was sensational. the suite is good sized, with a sofa bed, multi-channel tv and a study table. the hotel has a large bar.

Would recommend to anyone. 15 minutes walk from central Rothesay. After the arrival, we met owner, who was friendly. We had canopy beds and we all slept well. Besides, the property had free Wi Fi.

Nice place to stay in Rothesay, nothing too much trouble. Perfect for holiday. The location was next to everything we wanted to do. A good choice of options for breakfast.
